Running for elected office – Norma McEnhill

Norma McEnhill (1909 – 1975) was a keen supporter of the Fianna Fail party in the Republic of Ireland. She ran for political office in 1955. Norma knew Eamon de Valera and other senior figures in the party. She married Felix McMahon (1908 – 1966) and had two children, Peter and Marie. After her husband died, she lived mainly in the UK – dying in Devon while on a short holiday.
